Our kitchen brigade and Front of House team members, under the guidance of Anand and Bruno, co-ordinate the food and beverage services throughout College, looking after our students, staff, Fellows, visitors and Conference/banqueting guests.

Our role is one of bringing comfort to everyone’s day by serving nutritious, well-presented and appetising meals and drinks, in a variety of settings from a very informal servery style to hot/cold buffets, more formal sit-down plated meals and culminating in black tie dinners for special occasions.  Most of our meals are served in the beautiful Hall including breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the week, with slightly reduced service levels at weekends.

 

We are well versed in looking after different dietary needs and preferences and pay particular attention to those with food allergies and intolerances. Our vegan chocolate tort is a great example of a succulent homemade dessert which flies off the cold counter every time it's on the menu as we all love it!

We are proud of what we offer and we strive to assist anyone wishing to join us for meals in College.
