The Development Fund was established in 2008 to provide support for immediate priorities at Jesus College. It provides a way of ensuring that any donations, no matter how small, can be added together to make a real impact on the experience of current students and other members of College.
A limited sum of money is available via the Development Fund for undergraduate students in the Humanities and Social Sciences undertaking research for a dissertation for their course.
A new College fund has been set up from generous alumni donations to provide support for a small number of students who plan to undertake an extended research project (8-10 weeks research placement) over the Summer Vacation.
A limited sum of money is available via the Development Fund for students who are undertaking internships or work experience that is either low-paid or unpaid.
The College is able to offer bursaries to Jesus students who are accepted onto the Teach First Programme to help with the cost of training before you start teaching at the school assigned to you by Teach First.
